You can prototype this deck from acrylic, 3D prints, 3 extrusions, and a few fasteners.
Please note: in our contributed design (Thanks Brey!) there are two variants. The first variant is for extrusions with North America sources (McMaster, AutomationDirect) and the second variant is for Asia-sourced extrusions. These are nearly identical except for the thickness of the extrusion lip, and the 3D prints that mate to them.
