This 3D printable body cover fits on top of the chassis, 305mm wide by 365mm long. It’s designed to be printed in sections. If you print these sections, each can be oriented with no overhangs so the print can be made without supports. It takes about 2 hours for each section to print on average. Combine the sections with clamps and use superglue or PVC glue (cheap and plentiful) found at your local hardware store
Attachment to the chassis is left to the builder (you may want a hinge or just a flange) and we recommend gluing a flange where you wish to attach it.
The thickness is 3.2mm and is sturdy enough to drill holes and mount sensors as needed.
